NOVOFERM GMBH is a company of ThyssenKrupp AG and manufactures doors, gates and frames at 18 locations in Europe. Strategic company plans envisaged an increase in sales of garage and industrial sectional doors. The capacity of the production plant in Rees was no longer sufficient for this. In cooperation with MALORG Consulting, a new production facility with a high degree of automation was planned in Dortmund.
