  • Sequenced staging of components in assembly at the Wrzesnia site for VW Commercial Vehicles
  • value-added optimized staging process, ergonomically optimized
  • High responsiveness and flexibility, e.g. in case of swirls in the sequence sequence success
  • Accompaniment of the execution planning with
    • layout optimization under material flow aspects (reduction of transport distances and process times as well as probability of failure due to reduced complexity)

  • Start-up management up to a stable process on the line
