Electrical installation products from Berker are used all over the world. With the centralization of logistics functions and expanded functional areas for order picking and shipping, Berker GmbH & Co. is responding to changing customer requirements. This includes being able to reliably handle the dynamic growth in small consignments with a high degree of delivery and service quality. MALORG Consulting carried out the warehouse planning for the company and accompanied the project implementation.
