In 2010, beeline Accessoires Vertriebs GmbH built a new logistics center with a floor space of 22,000 m² on an area of 31,000 m². The company commissioned MALORG Consulting with the design and implementation. The aim was to be able to react flexibly to changes in the market with a significant increase in productivity and to secure the expected growth in the long term.
