Planning and realization of a highly dynamic storage and picking system for beeline

In 2010, beeline Accessoires Vertriebs GmbH built a new logistics center with a floor space of 22,000 m² on an area of 31,000 m². The company commissioned MALORG Consulting with the design and implementation. The aim was to be able to react flexibly to changes in the market with a significant increase in productivity and to secure the expected growth in the long term.

Sorter: 2×611 end positions, 2×28,000 trays/hr, 1,500 to 2,200 picks/MAh, max. 550,000 items/day.
