From consulting to implementation: Introduction of a Warehouse Management System

MALORG Consulting was commissioned by beeline Accessoires Vertriebs GmbH with the planning and implementation support of a future-oriented warehouse, picking and shipping system. Within the scope of this project, the warehouse logistics team supported beeline in the selection of a warehouse management system for the new picking and shipping warehouse. Strongly weighted in the pre-selection were social aspects and an ergonomic workplace design.
