In Willebroek, Belgium, logistics service provider DB Schenker operates a multicustomer warehouse for fast-moving consumer goods on more than 93,000 square meters. The customers come exclusively from the food sector and are mostly manufacturers. As part of a major project, the warehouse management system there is being replaced. MALORG Consulting supported the project with process analyses, IT concept, implementation and training.
