Planning and implementation of a flexible picking solution

With the restructuring and expansion of the functional areas for storage, picking and shipping, the company L-SHOP-TEAM GMBH takes into account the changed customer requirements. This also includes being able to reliably handle the dynamic growth of article variants with a high degree of delivery and service quality. A multitude of problems in the areas of warehousing, order picking and dispatch handling had to be solved. MALORG Consulting carried out the warehouse planning for the company and accompanied the implementation.
