Material flow concept for a new site for Delta quality steel

DELTA Qualitätsstahl GmbH is a trading company for round steels and semi-finished products with steel processing. Today, approx. 16,000 tons of steel in a wide variety of qualities, designs and dimensions are stored in over 13,000 m² of warehouse space. Due to the constant growth of the company, the existing storage and fabrication areas became too small, so that a relocation of the company was necessary. MALORG Consulting was commissioned to develop a new material flow concept.
