For the planning and implementation of a new plant logistics concept for frame accessories at the Brockhagen production site, the company sought support from MALORG Consulting.

Decoupling of the picking of the frame accessories from the frame production over four work shifts
Automated feeding and insertion of various printed products (1 to 50 pages), prefabricated ropes and chains as well as screw bags according to order
