SIMON HEGELE is an owner-managed, long-established logistics service provider with over 2,000 employees that has been handling the entire supply chain for its customers for 90 years. One of Simon Hegele’s largest business areas deals with the distribution of spare parts. For this purpose, the logistics service provider built a new logistics center with a size of over 50,000 sqm at the Raunheim site near Frankfurt am Main. MALORG Consulting accompanied the planning and realization within the scope of the project.
