SIEMENS AG operates a production facility for inert gas-filled medium-voltage switchgear at its Frankfurt am Main site. The assembly supply in particular places considerable demands on the internal logistics. Before the start of the project, disruptions sometimes led to complete shutdowns of the assembly lines, as the automated production supply warehouse no longer met these requirements in terms of capacity and technical availability. MALORG Consulting planned the restructuring of the warehouse.
