Concept development for plant supply in China: Pre-packaging & Direct Supply

In China, the BMW Group manufactures the long-wheelbase version of the 5 Series sedan (F18) at its Shenyang site. MALORG Consulting supported the company in optimizing production and relieving the burden on product operations in Germany and planned the changes to the existing concept for overseas shipping. Selected suppliers were to convert their packaging and shipping processes to direct shipping. MALORG Consulting also supported the implementation of the new strategy.
