In Graz (Austria), STEYR-DAIMLER-PUCH FAHRZEUGTECHNIK (SFT) produces the Mercedes-Benz M-Class and the Jeep Grand Cherokee. MALORG Consulting was awarded the contract to carry out and implement the complete planning from warehousing to just-in-time assembly line delivery within a time frame of six months. The implementation of the planning results took place partly during the ramp-up phase of the running production.
