The Aeropark solution approach is a project for targeted process and cost optimization. The new site strategy is to enable companies and service providers in the field of machining technology to make “just-in-time” deliveries. Sub-areas of prefabrication and post-processing, as well as warehouse- and plant-internal transport activities, are partially outsourced and external activities are bundled on site. MALORG Consulting supported the project with concept planning and the preparation of specifications for the new service center.
